DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of body stretch studio.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All missed appointments or last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Body Stretch Studio requires 24 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment before said 24 hours, a cancellation link can be found on your booking email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Body Stretch Studio handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Body Stretch Studio. E Book sales are final and NO refunds are provided.
PACKAGES
Stretch Packages are valid for the specified date, starting from the date of purchase and can only be used towards the specified appointment(s) included in the package and cannot be applied to any other services or appointments. Any unused amounts remaining in the package will be forfeited. Packages are non-refundable, and once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other services. Cancellation or rescheduling of individual sessions within a package are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. Any discounted prices offered apply only to the specified packages. Refunds or credits will not be provided for unused sessions within the packages. Our general policies, including our standard terms and conditions, apply to all packages. By purchasing a package, you agree to abide by the applicable terms and conditions for the duration of the Package period.
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Subscription plans are valid for the specified date, starting from the date of purchase and can only be used towards the specified appointment(s) included in the subscription and cannot be applied to any other services or appointments. Any unused amounts remaining in the subscription plan will be forfeited. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other services. Subscriptions require a commitment for the specified term, and early termination or cancellation is not allowed. Cancellation or rescheduling of individual sessions within a subscription plan are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. Any discounted prices offered apply only to the specified subscription plans. Refunds or credits will not be provided for unused sessions within the subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to authorise automatic debits according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments will result in the cancellation of your subscription, and permanent access restrictions may be imposed. Our general policies, including our standard terms and conditions, apply to all subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to abide by the applicable terms and conditions for the duration of the subscription period.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Subscription plans are valid for the specified date, starting from the date of purchase and can only be used towards the specified appointment(s) included in the subscription and cannot be applied to any other services or appointments. Any unused amounts remaining in the subscription plan will be forfeited. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other services. Subscriptions require a commitment for the specified term, and early termination or cancellation is not allowed. Cancellation or rescheduling of individual sessions within a subscription plan are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. Any discounted prices offered apply only to the specified subscription plans. Refunds or credits will not be provided for unused sessions within the subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to authorise automatic debits according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments will result in the cancellation of your subscription, and permanent access restrictions may be imposed. Our general policies, including our standard terms and conditions, apply to all subscription plans. This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of QLD and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Body Stretch Studio that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of QLD.
